Scott is the founder and Managing Director of Terra Rosa Consulting (previously Terra Rosa Cultural Resource Management). He has nine years’ experience in heritage consultancy and project coordination in Western Australia and Queensland. Prior to establishing Terra Rosa Consulting in 2010, Scott worked as a senior heritage archaeologist, conducting and supervising Aboriginal heritage surveys in the Kimberley, Mid-West, Pilbara, and South West regions of Western Australia.
In his current role as the Managing Director of Terra Rosa Consulting, Scott actively manages a varied group of 30 professional consultants in a multidisciplinary team that is focussed on delivering community driven outcomes to corporations that are looking self manage their cultural, natural and native title assets, and to build capacity within these areas for the long term.
Scott has partnered with several Indigenous organisations to secure funding for cultural programs and initiatives and has successfully negotiated with various stakeholders to deliver dynamic social enterprises. Scott believes through fostering ambitions of communities to be self-determining Terra Rosa Consulting can work with its stakeholders to be a force of positive societal change for the future.
